The Vvaan Box Office Jumps 37.5% on Day 2 — Sunday Is Now the Big Test

The Vvaan: Force of the Forrest posted a clear Saturday improvement at the Indian box office, giving the Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia film a stronger second-day trajectory than its opening suggested. Industry trackers cited by multiple publications estimated Day 2 net collections at around ₹11 crore, up 37.5% from Friday’s roughly ₹8 crore.

That takes the film’s two-day India net total to about ₹19 crore. The percentage jump matters because it suggests weekend footfall expanded rather than simply exhausting opening-day curiosity. For a fantasy-horror title that has drawn mixed critical response, that distinction is important.

The next data point is Sunday. Another meaningful rise would give the film a healthier opening weekend and indicate that audience interest is holding beyond initial fan-driven demand. A flat or sharply lower Sunday would tell a different story.

As with most early box-office reporting, these figures are estimates rather than audited final receipts. They can change as theatres and tracking services consolidate late shows, so the trend is more useful than treating every early number as final.
